Benefit
Dissolving, stirring, and conveying are completed at one time, which improves the reproducibility of
dyeing, promotes the standardization of dye dissolution, improves and improves the working environment of
the dye dissolution room, reduces the incidence of human errors, and improves space utilization. The
automatic dissolving system can accurately control the dissolving conditions including dissolving time,
temperature, speed, and even the addition of dissolving aids before and after delivery, so that the front
and rear cylinders will not be polluted.
