- The equipment adopts a stainless steel mechanism, including stainless steel three-way transfer valves with control components.

- The system is controlled by a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and includes pipelines that can be automatically cleaned.
- Each additive is equipped with an independent pipeline, and a set of auxiliary compressed air storage tanks is provided as standard.

To solve the problems of wasted additives and unstable dyeing quality caused by inconsistent hand-feel quality, the equipment completes the processes of measuring, conveying, and pipeline cleaning in one go. This reduces human errors and improves work efficiency, while also allowing for querying and printing of historical weighing information, standardizing the weighing and conveying process, improving the working environment in the additive room, taking care of employees' health, stabilizing hand-feel quality, increasing space utilization, and recording weighing information in its entirety.
